Hardy perennial in all l'Europe, except in the Mediterranean from 0,50 to 1,20 m of which one uses leaves and flowers.
Motherwort is mainly used as antispasmodic for nervous disorders and palpitations. Also : Diarrhoea, bronchitis. Infusion : 15 g for one liter of water ; 3 cups a day.
